LoveSwap PDF provides a suite of 35+ PDF tools including merge, split, compress, convert, rotate, AI summarization, and other manipulation features. The vast majority of document processing occurs 100% locally on your device in memory. Advanced format conversions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools utilize secure, temporary cloud processing infrastructure without permanent data storage.

2. User Responsibilities

• Content Ownership: You are solely responsible for the content of any files you process using the App.
• Lawful Use: You must not use the App for any illegal purposes or to process files that violate third-party intellectual property rights.
• Authorization: You must ensure you have the legal right to view, modify, convert, or distribute any documents you process.

3. Limitations & Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of document processing results. Users are strongly advised to maintain backups of all original files before executing manipulation tasks.

4. Intellectual Property

The LoveSwap PDF name, logo, software code, UI architecture, and application design are the exclusive intellectual property of VEOSTA. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App without prior written consent.

5. Privacy Policy Integration

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Most file processing is executed locally on-device, and optional cloud conversions are processed ephemerally with zero permanent data retention.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any published modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
